This is a must- see for those with an interest in royal intrigue, royal debauchery, and even the odd ghost or two! Hampton Court Palace was Henry VIII's pleasure retreat! He acquired it in the early 1500s, expanded the buildings and gardens, and made it the envy of Europe at the time!
